'No experience' in flying is required; we provide industry-leading paid training. Your Day-to-Day: As a Reserve, you will be on-call for a block of days. This means you could be called for a 6 AM 'day shift' trip to Hawaii or a 10 PM 'night shift' red-eye to the East Coast. You must be available for all 'weekend' assignments and holidays. Your primary responsibility is safety, followed by providing our signature caring service and 'passenger assistance'. This role is perfect for someone who loves adventure and hates routine. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will attend our 6-week, comprehensive paid training program in Seattle, WA. You will learn all aspects of safety, 'service recovery,' and 'team collaboration' to become a confident and qualified Flight Attendant.
