Air China is seeking an experienced, decisive, and highly professional Cabin Senior (Purser) to lead our in-flight team from the San Francisco (SFO) base. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall safety, service, and cabin operations on our long-haul international flights. Core Responsibilities: As the on-board leader, you will manage the cabin crew, ensure all safety procedures are followed, and oversee our premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service. You will lead pre-flight briefings, manage crew performance, and be the primary point of contact for any escalated passenger issues or in-flight emergencies. Qualifications & Requirements: This is a senior role for experienced cabin crew. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline. A proven track record of leadership (e.g., acting as a purser, or in a senior role) is highly preferred. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a significant advantage. Must meet all standard FA qualifications and pass a comprehensive medical and background check. Training & Work Schedule: This position requires successful completion of Air China's paid Cabin Senior/Leadership training program in Beijing. This leadership role requires full flexibility for a variable roster, including being on-call, and managing both 'day time' and 'night shift' international flights, including 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments. Compensation & Benefits: This leadership role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $55,000 to $85,000, plus command pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and full travel privileges on Air China and Star Alliance partners.
