Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant: Your primary mission is safety. You will also be a key 'liaison' for our Spanish-speaking guests, making announcements, assisting with customs forms, and providing genuine 'passenger assistance' with 'compassion' and care. You are a crucial part of our 'team collaboration' with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights. Your Day-to-Day: This 'entry level' role requires 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation. You must be available for 'day shift' departures, overnight 'night shift' flights, and full 'weekend' schedules. You will also be assigned 'on-call support' (reserve) shifts, requiring you to be ready to fly at a moment's notice, especially during holidays and our peak sun-destination season. Training & Onboarding: We provide 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis. You will learn everything from FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures to our specific in-flight service and 'service recovery' techniques. A language proficiency test in Spanish is required. Career & Compensation: Sun Country offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $40,000 to $65,000 (including language pay).
