The role requires full flexibility to be on-call and to work a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: This leadership role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $55,000 to $85,000, plus command pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and full travel privileges on Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance partners.
