Job Summary
As a Gate Operations Agent, you are the face of Delta Air Lines from the terminal to the tarmac. You will manage the critical boarding process, ensuring flights depart safely and precisely on time. - Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict FAA and TSA regulations at the gate. Monitor carry-on baggage compliance, ensuring cabin limits are not exceeded, and process gate-checked luggage securely.
