Join the Southwest Airlines Provisioning team. This is a 'behind-the-scenes' logistics role responsible for stocking our aircraft with all the snacks, drinks, and supplies our customers and crews need for their flight. Core Responsibilities: This is a physically active role in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for inventory control, pulling and packing supplies, and driving provisioning trucks to and from the aircraft. You will load galley supplies (snack kits, ice, soda, etc.) and ensure every flight is fully catered and ready for departure. Qualifications & Requirements: 1+ year in logistics, warehouse, or inventory is preferred. Must be at least 18, have a valid US driver's license, and be legally authorized to work in the US. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Must pass all airport and TSA background checks and a pre-employment drug screening. Work Schedule: This position requires full availability for shift work. You must be available to work the 'night shift' (overnight) and 'weekend shift' as these are our busiest times for stocking aircraft for the next day's departures. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $18.50 - $26.50 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, profit sharing, and airline travel privileges.
