We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and physically active individuals to handle the fast-paced demands of our ground operations. This is a vital, non-customer-facing role. Core Responsibilities: This is a physically demanding role in an outdoor environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft. You will operate ground equipment (tugs, belt loaders), guide aircraft on the ramp (marshalling), and ensure on-time departures. All operations must comply with TSA and company safety regulations. Work Schedule: This position requires full availability for shift work, as our operations run 24/7. You must be available to work the 'night shift' (overnight) and 'weekend shift' as these are critical times for our operation. Overtime is common. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $19.00 - $27.00 per hour.
