This is a physically demanding, 'entry level' job perfect for those who love hands-on work. About Sun Country: We are Minnesota's hometown airline, a unique hybrid carrier with a diverse mission. Our team is our greatest asset, and we foster a culture of 'team collaboration' and getting the job done safely and efficiently. Your Role as a Ground Operations Agent: This is a critical 'operational support' role on the ramp. You will be working outdoors in all-weather (heavy snow, rain, summer heat) to ensure on-time departures. This includes loading baggage for passenger flights ('day shift'), operating de-icing equipment, and handling and sorting packages for our Amazon cargo flights, which often operate during the 'night shift'. This role requires 100% flexibility for all shifts, including early mornings, 'night shift', and all 'weekend' assignments and holidays. Physical labor is a constant; you must be ableto lift 75 lbs repeatedly. Training & Onboarding: 'No experience' is required. We provide comprehensive paid training on-site at MSP. You will be certified on all ground equipment, including belt loaders, pushback tugs, and de-icers, as well as specific 'cargo handling' procedures.
