Comprehensive Daily Responsibilities

• Lobby & Ancillary Sales: Command the front ticketing counter. You will efficiently process check-ins while actively driving the sale of ancillary products, such as checked baggage, seat assignments, and priority boarding, which are critical to our business model.
• High-Speed Boarding Operations: Manage the gate area with authority and speed. You will strictly enforce our carry-on baggage policies, process payments for oversized items at the gate, and execute a rapid, organized boarding sequence to protect our tight flight schedules.
• Customer Resolution & De-escalation: Handle high-stress situations with composure. You will act as the primary point of contact during flight delays, resolving guest complaints firmly but politely, and ensuring all company policies are consistently applied.
• Security & Document Verification: Meticulously review international travel documents, passports, and visas to ensure absolute compliance with all international border control mandates before allowing passengers to board.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
• Sales, retail, or high-volume customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to work entirely on-site at the airport terminal (no remote work) across varied part time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to confidently handle cash and credit transactions and perform basic math.
