Job Summary
We are seeking highly experienced and distinguished flight attendants to take on the role of Purser/Cabin Manager. - Safety Command: Serve as the primary liaison between the Captain and the cabin crew. In the event of an emergency, you will direct the cabin crew response, coordinate communications, and manage passenger safety with authoritative leadership.
- Service Excellence Oversight: Supervise the execution of premium cabin services. Ensure catering is accurate, presentation standards are impeccable, and high-value Medallion members receive individualized recognition and care.
- Conflict & Crisis Resolution: Handle complex onboard situations, including severe medical emergencies, security disturbances, and service recovery efforts, utilizing advanced de-escalation and leadership techniques.
