You must be available for all shifts, including 'day time,' 'night shift,' and 'weekend shift' assignments, often with little advance notice. Compensation & Benefits: Reserve Flight Attendants receive a guaranteed minimum pay, even if not called to fly, plus additional flight pay for hours worked. The estimated annual base starts from $35,000 to $55,000. You are eligible for the full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, and global travel privileges.
