Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our standard 6-week paid training in Atlanta, followed by specialized Delta One service training. This role requires flexibility for a variable roster, including key 'day time' transcontinental business flights, 'night shift' red-eyes, and 'weekend shift' premium leisure routes. Compensation & Benefits: This premium role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $45,000 to $70,000, plus flight pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and full travel privileges.
