Core Responsibilities: Your primary duty is the safety and security of all passengers, ensuring full compliance with international aviation regulations. You will execute pre-flight safety and service checks with meticulous attention to detail, conduct safety demonstrations with clarity and poise, and respond to all in-flight emergencies with calm professionalism. You will also deliver our world-class hospitality, anticipating passenger needs, serving fine cuisine and beverages, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable journey for every customer. Qualifications & Requirements: We seek candidates who reflect our high standards. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for unrestricted international travel is required. While a High School Diploma or GED is the minimum, a university degree is highly preferred. Candidates must meet a minimum arm reach of 200cm (on tiptoes) to access safety equipment. In line with our immaculate grooming standards, no visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform. You must possess flawless fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a significant advantage. Key skills include: exceptional interpersonal abilities, cultural empathy, resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team. Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to Singapore to attend our world-renowned 4-month paid training program at the Singapore Airlines Academy. This comprehensive training covers service, safety, aviation medicine, and grooming (transport and accommodation are provided). Upon graduation, you must be flexible to work a variable roster, including nights, weekends, holidays, and ultra-long-haul flights, including non-stop services. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual base salary from $38,000 to $55,000. This is significantly supplemented by hourly flight pay and generous per diem allowances.
