Dynamic Responsibilities
- Aircraft Marshaling: Master the art of visual communication. Use lighted wands and hand signals to safely guide massive commercial aircraft into and out of tight gate spaces.
- Baggage & Cargo Logistics: Execute high-speed, heavy-lifting logistics. Load and unload passenger luggage, freight, and company mail (up to 70 lbs) within the confined spaces of aircraft cargo holds.
- Equipment Command: Safely operate a fleet of heavy ground support equipment (GSE), including belt loaders, baggage tugs, and water service trucks around highly sensitive aircraft.
- Safety Sentinel: Act as the ultimate line of defense for ramp safety. Conduct Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks and ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations.
