Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our 6-week paid training in Atlanta, GA. Your work schedule is highly variable and determined by operational needs. You must be available for all shifts, including 'day time,' 'night shift,' and 'weekend shift' assignments, often with little advance notice. Compensation & Benefits: Reserve Flight Attendants receive a guaranteed minimum pay, even if not called to fly, plus additional flight pay for hours worked. The estimated annual base starts from $35,000 to $55,000. You are eligible for the full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, and global travel privileges.
