Core Responsibilities: This is a premium, guest-facing role. You will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying lounge access, assisting with travel-related inquiries (re-bookings, seat changes), and maintaining the lounge's impeccable presentation. You will be an expert on our premium products and a solution-oriented problem solver. Qualifications & Requirements: 2+ years in a premium customer service role (e.g., 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, fine dining) is required. Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a shift-based schedule. You must be available to work early 'day time' shifts for morning departures, late 'night shift' shifts for evening arrivals, and be available for 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments as the lounge is open 7 days a week. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
