Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to Turkey to attend our comprehensive, paid training program at the Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy in Istanbul (transport and accommodation provided). This position requires full flexibility for a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, consistent with long-haul international flight schedules. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $42,000 to $63,000, supplemented by hourly flight pay and per diem allowances.
