We are seeking a fluent Mandarin and English-speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our passengers at check-in, the boarding gate, and our premium lounge. Core Responsibilities: This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, flight information, and baggage inquiries.
