Job Summary
As an In-Flight Team Member, you will operate flights exclusively within our point-to-point network. You are the face of our low-cost, high-value brand, responsible for ensuring passenger safety and driving inflight revenue. You will conduct quick turns at destination airports and return to your base at the end of your shift. Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Lead all FAA-mandated safety demonstrations, enforce seatbelt and carry-on regulations, and manage any in-flight medical or security emergencies with absolute authority.
- Inflight Sales & Commission: Take charge of our onboard retail experience. You will actively promote and sell snacks, beverages, and premium merchandise, earning direct commissions on your sales to boost your take-home pay.
- Rapid Turnarounds: Coordinate with ground crews to clean and reset the cabin rapidly between flights, ensuring our strict on-time performance metrics are met during short gate times.
