We are seeking a highly professional and hospitable Lounge Concierge to provide exceptional service to our First Class guests, oneworld elite members, and Lounge members. Core Responsibilities: This is a premium, guest-facing role. You will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying lounge access, assisting with travel-related inquiries (re-bookings, seat changes), and maintaining the lounge's impeccable presentation. You will be an expert on our premium products and a solution-oriented problem solver. Qualifications & Requirements: 2+ years in a premium customer service role (e.g., 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, fine dining) is required.
