Delta Air Lines is seeking an elite Flight Attendant as a Delta One (Premium Service) specialist. Core Responsibilities: In addition to all standard safety duties, you will be an expert in our Delta One product. This includes fine dining service, wine presentation, and providing a highly personalized and discreet service to our business and first-class clientele. You will be a leader in service excellence and brand ambassadorship. Qualifications & Requirements: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience, OR 3+ years in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or luxury hospitality role. A passion for gastronomy and high-end service is essential. Must meet all standard FA qualifications and pass a comprehensive medical and background check. Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our standard 6-week paid training in Atlanta, followed by specialized Delta One service training. This role requires flexibility for a variable roster, including key 'day time' transcontinental business flights, 'night shift' red-eyes, and 'weekend shift' premium leisure routes. Compensation & Benefits: This premium role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $45,000 to $70,000, plus flight pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and full travel privileges.
