About JetBlue: As a leading carrier in Boston and 'New York's Hometown Airline®', JetBlue is known for its award-winning service, free Fly-Fi, and the most legroom in coach. Our culture is built on five core values: Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun. We are a team of over 23,000 Crewmembers dedicated to taking care of each other and our Customers. Your Role as an Inflight Crewmember: While your first priority is always Safety, your second is delivering the JetBlue experience. This is a 'service and support' role. You will be responsible for 'passenger assistance' with a human touch, from greeting Customers by name to managing challenging situations with 'compassion'. You are empowered to perform 'service recovery' on the spot, ensuring every Customer leaves our aircraft feeling cared for. Your Day-to-Day: Your schedule will be a mix of 'day shift' turns, 'night shift' red-eyes, and multi-day trips. Full availability for 'weekend' and holiday work is essential. You'll work in close 'team collaboration' with your fellow Inflight and Flight Deck crew to ensure a safe, on-time, and enjoyable flight. This 24/7/365 operation requires 100% flexibility and a positive attitude. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will attend our 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University (JBU) in Orlando, FL. You will learn all FAA-mandated safety procedures, emergency response, and our unique service standards that set us apart.
