As an 'entry level' crew member, your schedule will be a variable roster that includes 'day time' and 'night shift' flights, 'weekend shift' assignments, and all public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Southwest offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $36,000 to $58,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
